Fourth Holdings is one of the few Black-owned truck firms in Houston. The company was co-founded by Kristi L. Jackson and Kevin Muhammed and offers transportation and freight logistics within the U.S.
Reports have it that Black women are the most successful black entrepreneurs in the U.S. hence, we can say that Kristi is making history by being a female truck business owner and also confirming the reports stated above.
Kristi hails from Alexandria in Louisiana but now based in the same city as her business which is in Houston. She is also the founder of the Woman CEO project, a company that creates new ideas or advice on how to carry out new ideas and also assist in the development of business primarily for women black entrepreneurs. The organization anchors over 40 courses on business yearly.
Jackson has also consulted/affiliated for significant firms such as IBM, JP Morgan & Chase, The White House, Wells Fargo, Capital One, Google, and Apple. She has Major Awards to her name such as the “22012 Humanitarian of the year “award and the “2013 Women’s Organization of the year.
The truck company is currently in need of drivers as it plans to increase its fleet to expand its operation.
