USA Network Founder Kay Koplovitz to be a Featured Speaker at the IMPACT Leadership 21 Summit

New York, NY, October 09, 2013 –(PR.com)– Kay Koplovitz, founder of USA Network and cable television pioneer, will be a presenter at the October 10th IMPACT Leadership 21 Summit. The inaugural summit will focus on advancing women leaders to the highest levels of leadership and influence, and how women and men must work together in an impactful way. Alyse Nelson, President and CEO of Vital Choices Global Partnership, will deliver the keynote.

In her remarks, Ms. Koplovitz will address how women are leading through entrepreneurship and social impact investing. As the co-founder and Chairman of Springboard Enterprises, an accelerator for women raising capital for high growth businesses, Ms. Koplovitz stated, “It is time women gained parity in raising capital to support their business growth in the critical fields of biotech, devices, diagnostics, enterprise technologies, e-commerce and social media. All these fields impact the quality of life to be shared around the globe. Working together with our male colleagues, we can insure that women become equal partners in addressing critical quality of life issues on a global basis.”

She will be joined by fellow presenters including Adele Gulfo, President, Latin America, Pfizer; Denise Evans, VP of Market Development, IBM Corporation; Michaela Walsh, Founding President, Women’s World Banking; Author, Founding A Movement and Justine Metz, Marketing and Sales Support Executive for Global Wealth Investment Management (GWIM) for Bank of America. The panel will be moderated by Gloria Feldt, Co-Founder, Take the Lead, Former President/CEO, Planned Parenthood International.
