Nashua, NH, April 17, 2013 –(PR.com)– BNI Power Partners, a Nashua chapter of BNI, has reached a pretty impressive milestone. Since last April, its members have referred more than $1 million in business to each other.
BNI is built on the philosophy of “Givers GainĀ®”: By giving business to others, you will get business in return. Committed to that philosophy, the BNI Power Partners 50-strong membership, which has continued to grow over the years, includes everyone from a Realtor and Accountant to a Photographer, Hair Stylist and Locksmith, among its group. Each week, these Greater Nashua area professionals work together to increase each otherās revenues through a structured referral process. In addition to looking after their own business, they are also looking for business opportunities for their fellow members.
Jamie Stein, is the Secretary Treasurer of the BNI Power Partners chapter and said it has been a phenomenal year with great results, so far. “Having such strong relationships with Greater Nashua‘s top business leaders has lead to my business, HealthNH.com, New Hampshire‘s Health Insurance Exchange, to see a twenty three percent increase in 2012 over 2011,ā Stein commented. “It is truly amazing to see a group of our area’s most successful business professionals working together to help each other grow. This $1 million milestone is proof that when people work together, incredible results are accomplished,” he concluded.
The BNI Power Partners meet on Tuesday mornings from 7:45am ā 9:15am at the Radisson Hotel, in Nashua. At each meeting, every business is given equal time to personally brand and educate the chapter about what a good referral is for them. Members are committed to helping each other increase business through a structured, positive word-of-mouth system.
BNI is a business referral organization that has been in existence for over 28 years. The organizationās primary purpose is to assist its members in finding and exchanging qualified business referrals for one another and to develop effective word-of-mouth marketing techniques. Unlike other networking groups, BNI provides its members with a professional structure and an on-going training system. By becoming a member, individuals are provided with continuing education, the sharing of ideas and contacts, and tools to help them grow their businesses. BNI only allows one member per profession to join a chapter, therefore, members do not see direct competition within their own group. By locking out the competition, members really get to know each professional individually and trust them enough to refer business to them.
BNI has over 830 members across New Hampshire in 32 chapters that passed over $20 Million in referrals in 2012.
