In Focus Brands Announces StartUp Weekend Saratoga 2 at Skidmore College

Saratoga Springs, NY, October 12, 2013 –(PR.com)– Lead organizer and facilitator, Robert Manasier, announces the 2nd StartUp Weekend-Saratoga being held November 1-3, 2013 at Skidmore College. The opening Friday event will be held in the Tang Museum.

This is a collaborative and an intense 54 hour event which focuses on innovation and the formation of credible businesses over the course of a weekend. The weekend brings people with different skillsets together to formulate and to present successful ventures to launch. Manufacturing, IT, medical, finance, media and software are some of the industries that are expected to be represented.

Manasier states: “Cathy Hill and the complete Skidmore staff have been phenomenal to work with. We look forward to building upon this successful event with more resources to the startup and business ecosystem of the region.”

The last StartUp Weekend Saratoga that was held had 95 entrepreneur/business participants, 12 coaches, 11 teams formed, over $30,000 in prize packages, 3 winners and 1 Grand Prize Winner-Munch Match.

Up next, the prize packages for the top 3 winners of the event, coaches, sponsors and judges will be announced.
