Mr. Washam is a graduate of Catawba College where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics. Mr. Washam is a true local, having received his high school diploma from North Mecklenburg High School in Huntersville.
Mr. Washam has 40 years of experience in the banking industry. In that time he has served in multiple President, Senior Vice President, and Vice President roles over branch administration, operations, commercial lending, mortgage lending, and human resources.
Mr. Washam is a resident of the Lake Norman area and has considerable involvement in civic affairs in his professional life. Here are just a few of Mr. Washam’s contributions:
