Flynn (sole proprietor since 1998), has moved to Brevard County, and changed the name and business structure of the company reflecting the return of Home Inspections to the menu of services offered. Flynnspections LLC is the new company owned by T.J. and his wife Angela.

Re-emphasizing Building Inspection Services, and continuing to provide Project Management / Owners Representative services for restaurants and retail, uniquely positions the new company to take advantage of what they see as a recovering real estate market in Central Florida.

This tactical move required T.J. to take continuing education classes from AHIT, pass the NHIE exam and obtain a Florida Home Inspector’s License. He has also taken almost 100 hours of continuing education through InterNACHI.

However, offering Home Inspections is nothing new. They have been in T.J.’s repertoire since he pioneered them in the middle 1980’s, as a Certified Building Contractor, Certified Building Inspector, Continuing Education Provider for FCILB and SBCCI-certified Inspector in West Orange County. Likewise, he has completed Commercial Building Inspections or project management in over 30 states-including buildings in 10 different states in the past 4 years.
