NESTA Fitness Association Expands Facebook Group to Offer More Up-to-Date Information for Fitness Trainers, Nutrition Experts and Personal Trainers

NESTA Fitness Association Expands Facebook Group to Offer More Up-to-Date Information for Fitness Trainers, Nutrition Experts and Personal Trainers Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, December 29, 2011 –(PR.com)– After a recent re-launch of its personal trainer and fitness career website, the National Exercise Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) has enhanced its Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/groups/53762275969/ to provide more relevant information for members.

Recent NESTA Facebook news has included a NESTA boot camp success story, information on injury rehab, links to other fitness blogs, exercises, recipes and more. The site is designed for personal fitness trainers, group exercise instructors and boot camp instructors.

“Our members let us know that they enjoy communicating with us and each other via social media, which is such a big part of the fitness industry today, so we updated both our website and Facebook page to make it easier for them to reach out, to learn and to communicate online,” said John Spencer Ellis, founder of NESTA and John Spencer Ellis Enterprises, a leading national fitness and personal development solutions company. “Our goal is to offer a complete package of online education, solutions and communication vehicles for our growing member base across the world.”
