The Power of Writing Down Goals

I have heard for many years that you should write down your goals. Like most people, I thought this was a waste of time, until I finally did it one day. Writing down your goals then going back to look at them each day certainly has an amazing benefit. It’s like a contract to yourself that you feel obligated to abide by. Try it out and see if it works for you. Write down 10 things you hope to accomplish this week and let us know how it works out. Make sure it’s within reason.
