An Innovative Startup Law Center

Published on

New York, NY, May 22, 2013 –(PR.com)– An innovative Startup Law Center, focused on the needs of 21st century entrepreneurs, was organized and is supervised by a business attorney Ekaterina Mouratova.

Ekaterina combines her knowledge of General Business, Corporate and Intellectual Property law with a focus on the startups needs in various industries to provide outstanding services and support to the business owners. Entrepreneurs are eager to reach the market with their great concepts, but high legal costs may lead them to forgo necessary legal representation. Trying to avoid legal fees in the beginning can cause startups to lose a competitive advantage and incur substantial costs and pitfalls later that could be avoided. Sometimes even the whole companies fell apart because of the legal mistakes.

The Startup Law Center was established with the purpose to provide affordable and highly efficient legal services, education, and collaboration to startups and small businesses. The Center assists entrepreneurs at all stages of their development, from the establishment of the ventures to management and exit strategies.

The Startup Law Center serves multiple purposes:
To provide startups with high-quality, affordable legal help
To educate entrepreneurs about legal aspects of their businesses
To provide resources for the development and growth of the companies
To create a collaborative environment where members freely interact with each other

“I am excited about the work of the Center,” says Ekaterina, the managing attorney of the Startup Law Center. “The Center reinforces our law firm’s commitment to assist entrepreneurs in their economic and personal growth. I believe that the development of our society greatly depends on the contributions of its members whether those contributions are in the form of knowledge, information, or work. Nobody should be constrained in his or her development because of the legal or financial obstacles. At our Center we make sure that entrepreneurs start and continue their work on a sound ground and pursue their dreams knowing that their rights and interests are well represented and protected.”

The Startup Law Center helps clients with formation and structuring of the companies, contracts, employment matters, intellectual property registration and protection, licenses, compliance issues and provides many other services necessary to bring innovative ideas from conception to implementation.

They expect that the Center will continue to be a valuable resource for the active community of entrepreneurs for many years to come.
