The CEO of US Black Chambers Inc., Ron Busby, will be at Albany next week to deliver a keynote address at the Capital of New York State Black Expo, which will hold on Nov. 9 at the Albany Capital Center.
This is not Busby’s first visit to Albany; he had visited Albany on five or six previous occasions, including speaking during the legislative days hosted by State Senator James Sanders of Queens.
Busby started his first business with five employees and grew it into the largest black-owned Janitorial firm in the country with over 700 workers. Though he later sold the company and went on to develop other firms. He started the US Black Chambers Inc. in 2009; to give black business owners in Washington a platform to express themselves.
The US Black Chambers Inc. has it headquarter in Washington, D.C. – it has around 300,000 members and 145 member chambers, including The New York Black Chamber of Commerce.
